AYURVEDA
As Natural Healing Therapy
India has emerged as a
destination for natural healing and rejuvenation through
Ayurveda. Ayurveda in Sanskrit means the Science of
Life.
It originated in Kerala along the
south-west coast of India. It restores health by
detoxifying the body and strengthening the immune
system, primarily through massage therapies, using
herbal oils. Whether for general health improvement,
toning up of body or for a specific malady like
arthritis, rheumatism, sinusitis, migraine or
spondylitis, Ayurveda has a time-tested remedy.
The concept of Ayurveda, with its
holistic rejuvenating health therapies without any side
effects, is thus gaining ground at the global level.
